Double hernia operation which went very smoothly. Mr Gurjar inspired confidence throughout the process. I am fully back to normal after the recommended recovery. From talking to other people who have had similar ops I am fortunate in having had a very good process and no lingering pain/issues. I do strongly endorse the recommended 8 weeks of no lifting

From the moment I was introduced, Mr Gurjar gave me the confidence that I would be in good hands. He explained the significance of the test results (which was the reason why I had to see someone) and what the next steps would be. He put me at ease but also was professional, concise and personable with the consultation. Despite a last minute postponement, which his office handled very well; I was booked in and the minor op carried out a week later than original planned. His staff at the hospital were excellent and professional and put me at ease. A pleasant enough experience. Finally, it appears that there isn't anything sinister inside me. A relief.

Happy with the consultation and surgery which both went well. Clear explanation of what to expect which played out on the day of the surgery itself.

I was referred by my GP to seek a second opinion my on condition as she was unable to identify anything obvious. Dr Gurjar’s examination did provide further insight and he thoroughly explained the scenario. He offered useful advice and I felt like he listened and was patient.
